Product: pavilion 15 notebook pc 15-p189na
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)
Hello, I have an HP pavilion 15 notebook pc 15-p189na and recently the wifi network adaptor has started acting up. At first i would restart or shut down the computer and the problem would be solved but now the problem is much more persistant. I have already gone through the device manager and have checked that the adaptor is enabled and up to date. I have both windows 8.1 and 10 installed on my laptop and the problem applies to both of them although I mostly use windows 8.1. I was wondering what the reason for the persistance adaptor problem might be and if this is fixable and if so how?
