I just bought a brand new Hp Envy laptop and it is not connecting to my university wifi. it does connect with my mobile hotspot and other wifi but when i connect it to my uni wifi (requires indentification with uni ID) it just says ‘cannot connect to this network’. I’ve tried troubleshooting but that does not work. could someone please guide me asap?

@atg034

My suggestion: contact your IT department, they can help you how. They control their network, nothing we can do to help you.

Regards,
