I am having problems with the network connection on my HP laptop. The laptop is a HP Pavilion 15-cw0005nr, and it is running Windows 11.
The problem started a few days ago. I was working on my laptop when the internet connection suddenly dropped. I tried to reconnect, but I was unable to do so. I checked the network settings, and it showed that I was not connected to any networks.
I have tried the following troubleshooting steps:
- I have restarted my laptop.
- I have checked the network cables and made sure that they are properly connected.
- I have tried connecting to different networks, but I am unable to connect to any of them.
- I have run the Windows Network and Internet Troubleshooter, but it was unable to find any problems.
I am not sure what is causing the problem. I have not made any changes to the laptop recently, and I am not sure if there is a problem with the network adapter or the router.
I would appreciate any help that you can provide.
