Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi guys

While watching Netflix on my laptop, I left it for 5 mins or so and upon coming back my laptop it had somehow lost the network driver and now could no longer connect to my WiFi.. I have tried restarting, tried updating but obviously can't due to no Internet and then factory reset my laptop which has not helped.. please help I am sooo confused
