Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
To connect to a Wi-Fi network on your Laptop, first check the bottom-right corner of your screen for the Wi-Fi icon. If it's not there, right-click the taskbar, select "Taskbar Settings," and turn on the network icon. Then, click the Wi-Fi icon, choose your network, and enter the password.
If the icon is still missing, go to Settings > Network & Internet and make sure Wi-Fi is turned on, then restart your laptop.
If the issue persists, check your network drivers:
- Press Windows + X and select Device Manager.
- Expand the Network Adapters section and check if there are any issues with the drivers.
- Right-click on your Wi-Fi adapter and choose Update driver to ensure the latest drivers are installed.
Also, you can go to HP Support website and make sure that all the drivers are updated.
