I am working on a laptop that's not connecting to the internet using a wireless or wired connection(as well as Bluetooth). I've tried all the steps on the below link but haven't got any luck. Reset PC did not resolve the issue.

May I ask if anyone encountered the same issue and got it resolved? Please let me know if there's anything else I can try. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance!

Hi BH,

Thank you for replying to my post, and it's an HP Pavilion 15-cs2009tx. What would be the next best step to try?
