It is not connecting with any device or broadband ....just a cross mark has come on the network symbol

What is the product number of your HP Product? Use this link to find it:  https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03754824  (Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).

Please note this looks like the Operating system is obsolete hence the drivers will not be available. I would personally suggest you upgrade your PC.
