Hello!  I am writing this on my old laptop. received new laptop 2 hours ago. cannot connect to wifi, cannot go backwards or to  any other screen. Cannot get to start screen. I have tried turning off laptop and comes right back on to same screen.  I can't seem to do a hard reset. Wifi password is correct, works on old laptop. Tried various fixes. There is not a wi-fi icon button ln kepboard. I wanted to go back and check the keyboard language to make sure I picked the right one, only I can't go backwards. Model listed on my account (CP3000) is not correct. The one I purchased and received is correct CP3047NR. I just don't know what else to do.
