Product: OfficeJet Pro 9010
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Error message: A Start doc printer call was not issued.      Can't get printer to print from computer.   I've run a cable to connect them, but still nothing.

Have you recently updated windows 10? And what version of windows are you running - (if you are unsure, type winver into the search bar).
