Bought this laptop last week, the setup was easy but every time I use this laptop it re-boots my Internet Router for some strange reasons, every other Wifi device loose connection as a result.
My internet provider has replaced the Router already but still having this issue , it happens only when my HP laptop is being used.

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,
To get the answer to this question, this issue might occur because of the drivers.
Firstly, perform Windows Update and HP Support Assistant: (do not skip any troubleshooting steps if you feel steps are repeating)
To check for updates now, select the Start button, and then go to Settings > Update & security > Windows Update, and select Check for updates.
Install updates from HP Support Assistant: Go to Download HP Support Assistant to install the tool.
- To open HP Support Assistant, double-click the HP Support Assistant icon
.
- Click My devices in the top menu, and then click Updates in the My PC or My notebook pane.
- Click Check for updates and messages to scan for new updates.
- Review the list of updates. Updates with a yellow information icon are recommended. Updates with a blue information icon are optional.
- Click the update name for a description, version number, and file size.
- Select the box next to any updates you want to install, and then click Download and install.
And, also run BIOS Update: Follow steps from the link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c00042629
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

Returned the original laptop and order another one exactly the same one.
Current Laptop worked fine for a day after I started using it.
This is second day and my Wifi Network has been re-booted three times already
I did not installed anything else on this laptop except Office (through Office 365 subscription)
My windows is Up-to-date
HP Software/Drivers are current and up-to-date through HP Support assistant
Firmware/BIOS Update is current
My wifi was working fine after I returned the previous laptop , the issue started again after I connected this new laptop.
Should I return this one too and go for Accer or Dell Laptop instead ?
My last experience with HP Support was really bad because I was advised to replace my Wifi Router instead of troubleshooting the Laptop (My Internet provided is Rogers so I have Rogers Ignite Wifi Hub, they have already replaced the router)

I ended up returning the Laptop as HP Support kept asking me to contact the Internet Service provider to replace the router (which was already done).
I really liked the Laptop performance and wanted to keep the Laptop but unfortunately HP Support could not help me resolve the issue.
I have no wifi outage since I removed and returned this laptop (more than 36 hours now), with the laptop connected to my home network the wifi was going down more than once in an hour.

Thank you so much for responding to my post. Unfortunately, I have returned the laptop already as I could not live with the constant Wifi disruption.
I am still available to share my experience if it helps the wider HP community, please let me know.
