HP Recommended

I purchased a hp laptop from BEST BUY today. I am trying to set it up and cannot get pass the screen that says "let's connect you to a network. Even though I connected to a network, it still would not open.

I tried to do the shift+ f10 and that is also not working. 

What else can be done.
