Hi, I've a new WiFi connection at home and I cannot link my printer HP Envy Pro 6420 All-in-One at the the wifi, so it's been for 8 days I cannot use my printer, how can I get linked it to the wifi connection? Tanks a lot.

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

I understand that you are unable to connect the printer to WiFI, I am glad to assist you.

Restore the printer to the original network settings

  • On the back of the printer, press and hold the Wireless button for at least three seconds

Connect the printer to WiFi using HP Smart app

Refer to page number 26 in this user guide for steps:- Click here
