Hi, I've a new WiFi connection at home and I cannot link my printer HP Envy Pro 6420 All-in-One at the the wifi, so it's been for 8 days I cannot use my printer, how can I get linked it to the wifi connection? Tanks a lot.

Welcome to the HP support community.
I understand that you are unable to connect the printer to WiFI, I am glad to assist you.
Restore the printer to the original network settings
- On the back of the printer, press and hold the Wireless button for at least three seconds
Connect the printer to WiFi using HP Smart app
