HP 250 G3 Notebook PC, (Product number: P0C00UT#ABA)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP 250 G3, Windows Pro 64 bit. Mediatek Bluetooth Adaptor, Driver version 2.3.1.0 Date: 4/24/2015..

I have sucessfully pair the following headphones to my 250 via bluetooth.

JBL Everest 300

JLab BT Earphones.

Both connect fine, but no audio streams through the bluetooth.

They work fine on other devices.

All settings are correct, drivers are the latest as far as my research shows me.

AND yes, I have tried an unstalled/re-installed to no avail.

What would the reason be for no audio playing throught the bluetooth connection?

Thanks!

That option does not appear in the pop-up box.

A right click on Speaker Icon produces:

  • Open Sound Settings
  • Open Volume Mixer
  • Spatial Sound (Off)
  • Troubleshoot sound problems
