Hello,
in my HP EliteBook 820 G1, Serial Number: [edited], Product Number: D7V73AV, with windows 10 x64 Pro installed, it seems there is no Bluettoth possible connection. I have udated all drivers, updated BIOS too, I have enabled automatic start for Bluetooth Handsfree Service and Bluetooth Support Service, but no Bluetooth appears !!! In Device Manager does not appear any Bluetooth icon . HP Support Assistant software does not find any solution.
Please help me to solve this issue.
Many thanks. Bestregards.

Please check Device Manager to see which card is on the following list
WLAN:
- Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 802.11ac (2x2) WiFi and Bluetooth® 4.0 Combo
- Intel® Dual Band Wireless-N 7260AN 802.11a/b/g/n (2x2) WiFi and Bluetooth® 4.0 Combo
- Intel® Dual Band Wireless-N 7260NB 802.11a/b/g/n (2x2) WiFi
- Broadcom 802.11a/b/g/n (2x2) and Bluetooth® 4.0 Combo
If card #2, it does not have Bluetooth.
Regards.

Hello CLINT_FLICK ,
I am trying to translate your post, but I do not exactly understand the meaning. Could you gently explain what can I do?
Many thanks. Best regards.
Davide.

Hello banhien,
and thank you again for your explanation.
Just about what you've written, I'm trying to replace the Wireless board with one that also has Bluetooth connection.
So, in your list, for the tabs where it is written (2x2), does it mean that they are "dual band" cards?
In this way I can do a more exact search.
Thank you again. Sincerely.
Davide.
