After successive upgrades on my HP Pavilion 11-n026br notebook, it got the Windows 10 x64 Home operating system - version 21H2 and build 19044.1566, and the bluetooth disappeared, despite its drivers being installed. I ran the bluetooth troubleshooter which showed the message "this computer does not have bluetooth". In fact, bluetooth does not appear in Device Manager, nor in Devices settings. The WiFi network adapter is Ralink RT3290LE 802.11bgn. Can anyone help me to solve this problem? Thank you very much in advance!

Hi:
Unfortunately, that is a common problem where the Ralink Bluetooth adapter completely disappears from the device manager on the newer builds of W10.
There is no fix that I know of other than to purchase a USB Bluetooth adapter.
I'm surprised the Ralink wifi didn't also disappear because that usually happens as well.
If you are willing to take the notebook apart and let me know how many antenna wires are connected to the Ralink wifi card, I can suggest a suitable wifi card replacement where the Bluetooth should work on W10.
Here is the link to the service manual...chapter 5 has the wifi card removal and replacement procedure.
