Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Will not connect to Internet nor will troubleshoot solve. It is as if a switch is off, but there is no switch..

Hi

Sometimes there is a "switch", and it can be the HP Wireless Button Driver.

If you could expand on the Model, or give the SKU:  please.

HP Customer Support site is temporarily unavailable.

We apologize for any inconvenience. Please check back later.

Means I am of no help at all.

There is no switch. That would be too easy. It is a model 11. ah113wm.

Hi

AKAIK the Customer Support is down and I am about as much use as a chocolate fireguard.

I think it is this model here... http://partsurfer.hp.com/Search.aspx?searchText=4BL86UA

Some do have a "SWITCH" or WiFi button, it's F12 and it is controlled by the HP Wireless Button Driver.

Because your PC does not have such a thing I cannot help until i can access the Customer Support Portal.

F12 only brings up the airplane option which is off.
