Hi @Ridwan001,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I understand your laptop shows “No Internet Secured” when connecting to Wi-Fi, and Windows reset attempts fail. Let’s go through a few steps to check what could be causing this.

Restart your devices
Turn off your laptop, router, and modem.
Wait 1–2 minutes, then power the router and modem back on, followed by the laptop.

Forget and reconnect to the Wi-Fi network
Go to Settings → Network & Internet → Wi-Fi → Manage Known Networks.
Select your network, click Forget, then reconnect with the password.

Update network drivers
Open Device Manager → Network adapters, right-click your Wi-Fi adapter, and select Update driver.
If no update is found, download the latest driver from the laptop manufacturer’s website.

Reset network settings
Go to Settings → Network & Internet → Advanced network settings → Network reset.
Restart your laptop after the reset and reconnect to Wi-Fi.

Check router settings
Make sure SSID broadcast is enabled and no MAC filtering is active.
Try connecting with a different device to confirm the router is working.

Run the Windows network troubleshooter
Go to Settings → Update & Security → Troubleshoot → Internet Connections.
Follow prompts to automatically detect and fix issues.

Check for corrupted system files
Open Command Prompt as administrator and run:
sfc /scannow
This checks for and repairs system file corruption that can affect network services.

Temporary workaround
If possible, connect via Ethernet cable or use a mobile hotspot to download updates and drivers.
This may allow you to complete system repairs or reset steps.

I hope this helps.
