Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi, my laptop has no network adapters of any kind.  It used to but I had to downgrade back to Windows 7 Home Premium.  Is it possible to download drivers or the software onto a flash drive from one computer and then use that flash drive on the laptop that has no network adapters to download the necessary drivers for the network adapters?

Of if you have another suggestion, please share it with me.
