Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

No Wi-Fi Option. Can’t even try to connect to my router, i can only use an ethernet cable . Wasn’t like this before . Please help .

Hi:

 

The parts list for your PC indicates that it comes with a RALINK RT5390 Wi-Fi adapter.

 

HP PartSurfer

 

Unfortunately, that is a very common problem where the Ralink Wi-Fi adapter completely disappears on the newer builds of W10.

 

There is no fix that I know of, so your options would be to reinstall Windows 7 (which you probably wouldn't want to do),or purchase a USB Wi-Fi adapter that has support for W10.

 

This little model for example, has dual band Wi-Fi as well as Bluetooth.
