ey,

Yesterday my wifi did not work, even though it said there was a connection. I thought this was weird so I am looking for how this would come and if I could solve this.

After a short search I found out that I could reset the network, after having done this in the network settings my laptop was restarted. I think this only made it worse.

So I am faced with the problem that I can no longer see my network adapter in the adapter options. Also have tried to download a new driver from another laptop on a usb, it comes to the Realtek RTL8822be 802.11ac PCIe adapter.

I also do not have internet with the cable.

Hi

If you have no WiFi or Ethernet then could you Bluetooth a file across from another device?

Could you post the Model please.

Simple commands that you can type into Notepad and save as LBB.bat and then double click on to give us details of your situation.

@ECHO OFF
getmac
systeminfo
PowerShell -Command "Get-NetAdapter"
PowerShell -Command "Get-NetAdapter -Name * | Format-Table -View Driver"
PowerShell -Command  "GIP -Detailed"
PowerShell -Command "Test-NetConnection"

Hello,

Thanks for replying

But my Bluetooth drivers have the same problem. So I can't do that.
