Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My Laptop is not detecting any wifi networks. I have reset my router and my other wireless equipment is working fine. It was working fine yesterday afternoon at work and when I got home it would not work.

It uses a "problem"  Realtek RTL8821CE 802.11b/g/n/ac (1x1) and Bluetooth® 4.2 Combo wifi adapter.. Please doenload and install

 

              https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp140001-140500/sp140207.exe
