Product: HP LAPTOP 14-DQ1038WM

Cannot access wifi because 'cannot view XML using XSL style sheet.  And cannot change from Windows 10S because I do not have product key code.  And without WIFI nothing will work!!!!  This is on initial startup!

You currently have Windows 10 S installed right?
