Product: Hp EliteBook 840 G5 14-inch (2019) - Core i5-8350U - 16 GB - SSD 256 GB

Bought a used and refurbished Hp elitebook from Back Market, upon startup the computer ran some updates including BIOS. At the startup page where I chose my language etc, I get to the WiFi portion and there is no option to connect to WiFi and my attempt at connecting wired does not work either, it is not my router or modem as I’ve tried in two different locations now. I can’t update the BIOS in device manager either because there is no internet to search for an update
