Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, recently i have updated my laptop's (hp elite book : Folio 9470m) operating system to windows 10 (64 bit). But i could not find any Bluetooth in my OS. I went to hp official site to download my blutooth driver but could not find any. There  is bluetooth driver for windows 8.1/8 but not for windows 10. Please update the bluetooth driver for windows 10 (64 bit) for my hp model. It is a very necessary thing.

What model wifi adapter does your notebook have?

 

I'll see if there is a W10 bluetooth driver for it from either another HP notebook or the wifi adapter manufacturer.

Manufacturer: Intel Corporation
Description: Intel(R) Centrino(R) Advanced-N 6205
Driver version: 15.18.0.1

Here, you can see there is no bluetooth driver for windows 10 (64bit), please update the bluetooth drive for my device, it's very much necessary.

Below is the specs from Intel for the model wifi adapter your notebook has...

That model wifi adapter is not a combination wifi/bluetooth adapter, nor is there a separate bluetooth module listed in the service manual parts list for your model (chapter 3).

So, I would have to say that your specific notebook never came with bluetooth in the first place.

ok, if there is no bluetooth driver for my notebook in the first place then how come there is bluetooth driver for windows 8 in the following link, why not for windows 10 ? please explain this.

Turn off fastboot in Bios.  This worked for me
