No funciona el wifi

Desde hace un tiempo mi tarjeta wifi de mi portatil hp no funciona , mi portatil es un HP Pavilion - 14-bk001la, hice todas las recomendaciones del sistema de soluciones de red, cambien la tarjeta wifi poruna nueva igual al que tenia de fabrica, actualice la BIOS, verifique fisicamete que la ranura de wifi funcione, ajuste todas las configuraciones de red, lleve el portatil a estadode fabrica y nada que funciona . mi pregunta es la bateria del portatil puede ser la que afecte que o funcioes bien el wifi, porque la bateria no funciona y aemascuado uso el portatil solo con conectarla a la corriente si bateria no funciona el wifi,  ¿Que estaria sucediendo?
