To get the answer to this question, to change the internet service provider you need to contact your ISP. 

  • Are you able to connect other devices to your home network?

Thank you for posting back.

 

Let's try this: Select Properties. Click Sharing. Check the Allow other network users to connect through this computer's Internet connection option. Under Home networking connection drop-down menu select your hotspot connection name.
