Hi @Venu12389 ,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you are getting the "No Internet, secured" message typically appears when your device is connected to a Wi-Fi network, but it's not receiving an internet signal. Here are some steps you can try to fix the issue with your HP Envy 13 laptop and Jio Air Fiber:

1. Restart Jio Air Fiber Router

  • Unplug your Jio Air Fiber router from the power source.
  • Wait for 30 seconds, then plug it back in and allow it to restart.
  • Once the router restarts, check if the internet connection is restored.

2. Forget and Reconnect to the Wi-Fi Network

  • Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Wi-Fi on your laptop.
  • Find your Jio Air Fiber network, click on it, and select Forget.
  • After forgetting the network, try reconnecting by selecting the network again and entering the correct password.

3. Check Network Drivers

  • Right-click on the Start button and choose Device Manager.
  • Expand the Network adapters section.
  • Right-click on your Wi-Fi adapter (usually called something like "Intel Wireless" or "Realtek") and select Update driver.
  • Choose Search automatically for updated driver software.
  • Once the update is complete, restart your laptop and check if the internet is working.

4. Flush DNS and Reset Network

  • Open the Command Prompt as an administrator (right-click on Start and select Command Prompt (Admin)).
  • Type the following commands one by one and press Enter after each:

     ipconfig /release
    ipconfig /renew
    ipconfig /flushdns
    netsh int ip reset
    netsh winsock reset

  • Restart your laptop and check if the connection is restored.

5. Check Jio Air Fiber Settings

  • Ensure that your Jio Air Fiber router is functioning properly and the internet plan is active.
  • Login to your Jio router's admin panel (check the manual for how to access it) and verify if the router is showing a connected status to the internet.
  • Try disabling any parental control or firewall settings temporarily to see if they are causing the issue.

6. Try Using a Different Device

  • Test if other devices can connect to the internet via Jio Air Fiber.
  • If other devices also show "No internet," the issue could be with the Jio Air Fiber service, and you may need to contact Jio customer support.

7. Check Date and Time Settings

  • Incorrect date and time settings can sometimes cause connectivity issues.
  • Make sure your laptop's date, time, and region settings are accurate by going to Settings > Time & Language.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
