Sorry for the inconvenience caused don’t worry let me help you.

To better understand the issue, could you please provide a few more details?

  • What is the exact model of your HP laptop?
  • Does this issue happen on all Wi-Fi networks or only your home network?
  • Are other devices (phones, tablets) able to connect to the same Wi-Fi without issues?

In the meantime, here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

  1. Forget and Reconnect to Wi-Fi:
    • Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Wi-Fi.
    • Select your network → Forget.
    • Reconnect by entering the Wi-Fi password again.
  2. Update Network Drivers:
    • Open Device Manager > Network Adapters.
    • Right-click your Wi-Fi adapter → Update driver.
    • You can also run HP Support Assistant to check for updates.
  3. Reset TCP/IP Stack:
    • Open Command Prompt (Admin).
    • Type: netsh int ip reset and press Enter.
    • Restart your laptop.
  4. Check Power Settings:
    • In Device Manager > Network Adapter Properties > Power Management, uncheck “Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.”
  5. Run HP Hardware Diagnostics:
    • Restart and press Esc → then F2.
    • Run the Network Test to confirm if the Wi-Fi hardware is functioning correctly.
  6. Router Restart:
  • Restart your Wi-Fi router and modem.
