Hi @venu020,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
The "No network drivers found" error usually occurs during the installation of Windows when the installation media lacks the necessary drivers for your laptop's network hardware. Here’s how to resolve this issue.
Ensure Proper Installation Media:
- If you're using a USB drive, ensure it is created correctly.
- Use the Windows Media Creation Tool to create the bootable USB.
Check BIOS Settings:
- Restart your laptop and enter the BIOS/UEFI settings (usually by pressing F10, Esc, or another key displayed during startup).
- Look for:
- Secure Boot: Disable it.
- Legacy Support: Enable it if supported.
- Save changes and exit.
Include Network Drivers on the USB:
- Download network drivers for your HP laptop from the HP support website.
- Copy the drivers to a folder on the USB drive used for the installation.
- During installation, when prompted for network drivers:
- Click Browse.
- Navigate to the folder where the drivers are stored.
- Select the appropriate driver and proceed.
Use a Driver Injection Tool:
- If you're using custom installation media, ensure it includes the required network drivers.
- Tools like NTLite allow you to integrate missing drivers into your installation media.
Use an Ethernet Connection:
- If the laptop has an Ethernet port, connect it to the internet during installation. Sometimes the setup fetches drivers automatically.
Install Without Networking:
- If none of the above work, you can skip the network configuration during setup.
- After installation, manually install the network drivers to enable connectivity.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
