Hi all,
I have a Probook 650 G4 (Win10 64bit) and with it's own HP USB-C dock everything works after installing latest drivers.
But with a Lenovo USB-c dock (type 40A9) the network is not working. Everything else does.
It could determine when the network cable is plugged in, but it does not get any IP address, even after disabling/reenabling the interface. It just says unknown network and gets a private IP (172.16.165.234).
I tried installing the drivers for the dock, using different version, updating the dock firmware, setting various things for the network interface, but no success.
Any help appreciated.

Is it compatible with your 650 G4 machine ? Please only use compatible products.

As you said, this dock probably is compatible with your 650 G4 machine.
