No wireless connection: Realtek RTL8821CE 802.11ac PCIe Adapter cannot be updated

HP Recommended
Pavilion 15-cw0007la
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I updated my laptop and after that I couldn't connect to wifi anymore, currently the only way to connect to the network is using an ethernet cable.

I accessed to Device Manager and  tried to disable/enable the driver  and also to update it, but a window pop-up saying that there is an update available but that can't be installed in my computer (I also tried to use troubleshooting).

The name of the update is: Realtek RTL8821CE 802.11ac PCIe Adapter. I tried to download it directly from realtek webpage but also it didn't work.

I appreciate your help
