I cannot connect my printer to my wifi network and have no "Wireless Setup Wizard". Help desk said that this printer has no wireless printing option but according to the user guide, should be available...?

Yes, that is right, this Printer is not a wireless Printer. It needs to be connected via a USB or an ethernet cable.

 

You can follow the steps on how to connect your Printer via the ethernet cable: https://support.hp.com/ie-en/product/hp-color-laserjet-pro-m280-m281-multifunction-printer-series/14...
