Hi Community, I am using HP laptop Serial Number [personal information removed] Product Number 6FS90PA HP Notebook 15.
Here, I am not able to access 5G networks on my device, even it does not show me 5G networks at all. Please guide me how can I resolve this. Do I need to update some software or download a new version of it. please help me with the exact name of that software which resolves this problem.

Its specs
https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c06244806
It ONLY has 802.11b/g/n (1x1) Wi-Fi® and Bluetooth® 4.2 combo wifi adapter which only supports 2.4GHz networks. It ONLY has 1 antenna, if you wish you can use
- Intel Dual band wireless-AC 3168 802.11AC 1×1 WiFi + Bluetooth 4.2 Combo Adapter (non-vPro) part # 863934-855
- Realtek RTL8821CE 802.11 ac 1×1 WiFi + Bluetooth 4.2 Combo Adapter (MU-MIMO supported) part # L17365-005
OR very simple and cheap:
https://www.asus.com/au/networking-iot-servers/adapters/all-series/usb-ac53-nano/ (it worth every penny)
Regards.
