Microsoft Windows 11

I have broadband plan with 50Mbps.

But I am getting upload speed of 5G Wifi connectivity below 1Mbps only on My recently purchased HP pavilion notebook.

I am getting 50Mbps download speed but upload speed is below 1 Mbps.

Already tried all the possible solutions like network settings with service provider, router settings, even HP technician checked with all setting remotely and tried to troubleshoot the issue but the issue could not resolved.

Is this the issue with HP laptop Wifi module (hardware) or anything else?

If anyone can help please reply.

Normal contracts fro ISP, your upload speed is ALWAYS much less than your download speed. Please check what is your contract is. You can run the following test to check your normal contract speed
