Changed internet services to a low speed all others equipments at home got connected to the internet they all ask for name and password with the exception of the HP laptop no internet I have been running all troubleshooting going to all supports programs including HP chat . No one can fix the problem . I was on the phone with the internet supplier a whole day, 2 tv’s , a iPhone, a printer, Alexa all requested user and password they are connected (not the laptop )
