Hi,
I bought OMEN X by HP - 17-ap020nr 5 months ago and since then my bluetooth hasn't been working properly(or working at all). I've been facing a lot of issues related to bluetooth since I bought this laptop. Actually, we can say that I haven't been able to use bluetooth in this laptop at all. Here is a list of the issues:
1. Searching a device seems to work sometimes and then it stops working after 15 minutes. The same device which was being found by the bluetooth driver is not there anymore.
2. Even if you are able to successfully search a device, it's an altogether different issue to get it paired. If you very very very lucky, you might just be able to get your device paired in the first attempt or even get it paired at all.
3. Now, (we are talking hypothetically here) let's assume you have your speaker paired with your "a little expensive hp omen-x" laptop (which you bought assuming you would play games on and have it paired with your new speaker and wouldn't have to worry about anything else.) you just can't make the audio reach from your laptop to your speaker. If you have a song being played on youtube in your laptop, you just might be able to hear some static in between but that's all hp omen-x provides for now, I guess???
I've tried making it work with a number of speakers.
I've tried updating the drivers and uninstalling and reinstalling them but nothing seems to make it work. I am so much fed up with the bluetooth issues in this laptop that the complete bluetooth functionality seems to be useless.
If someone has faced some issue, please let me know how can I make the audio go from the laptop to my speaker and play pubg in peace.
Thanks
