Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

What we need now is information. No amount of debugging will help. I have a laptop running Windows 10 and a cable modem CGA2121_zarkWLt installed. The modem does not keep the downloaded settings, but behaves strangely.
1 How can I completely uninstall the current cable modem settings?
2. How and in which order to reload the modem network on the computer?
3. How to install the Shared Key password?
4. How to install WPA2-PSK encryption for TV?
Please give step by step instructions, as I don't know anything about IT?
And all in Finnish, of course. Now I'm counting on you quite a lot. You won't let me down again?
