HP Envy Notebook
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP Envy that has been working fine with my college's two WiFi networks for the last two weeks. I could connect to either network, log in and go about my business without a hitch. A few days ago though, when I went to log in to one of the networks and as I click connect, it returns the message "Can't connect to this network". What's strange is I can connect to the other network just fine.

But what's even weirder is I created another User within the computer and using the same exact login information for the network, I can connect to both networks without anything stopping me. This is frustrating as all of what I need is with the user that can't connect. I know I can move everything over, but I feel like there's more of a long term fix that's available. Any help is greatly appreciated

You (Admin) have to allow other user to access to Networks. Please read the following article (scroll down few pages)
