I've been working on a HP Envy 360 laptop. I was using anaconda for Jupyter notebooks to work on some projects, and suddenly, my OneDrive isn't connected to my laptop anymore. I noticed this as none of my files were on my desktop anymore. I tried restarting my laptop but that didn't help. I logged back into my One-Drive but none of my files are showing up. I want to reconnect my OneDrive. Does it have to do with the network my laptop is connected to? Or is there another way to reconnect it?

Hi @needhelpPlease8,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If you're experiencing issues with OneDrive not connecting on your HP Envy 360 laptop, there are several troubleshooting steps you can follow to resolve the issue.
- Check your Internet Connection: Ensure that your laptop is connected to the internet. OneDrive requires an active internet connection to sync and access your files.
- Restart OneDrive: Sometimes, simply restarting the OneDrive application can resolve connection issues. Right-click on the OneDrive icon in your system tray (usually located in the bottom-right corner of your screen) and select "Exit" or "Quit." Then, open OneDrive again to see if it connects.
- Update OneDrive: Make sure you have the latest version of the OneDrive application installed on your laptop. Outdated software can sometimes cause connectivity problems. Visit the official OneDrive website or use your app store to check for updates.
- Check OneDrive Account: Verify that you are signed in with the correct Microsoft account that is associated with your OneDrive storage. Sometimes, signing out and then signing back in can help. To do this, right-click on the OneDrive icon in the system tray and select "Settings" or "Account," then choose "Sign out" and sign in again.
- Firewall and Antivirus Software: Your firewall or antivirus software may be blocking OneDrive's access to the internet. Check your firewall and antivirus settings to ensure that OneDrive is allowed to access the internet.
- Network Troubleshooting: If you suspect network issues, try connecting to a different Wi-Fi network or using a wired Ethernet connection to see if the problem persists.
- Check for Microsoft Server Issues: Occasionally, Microsoft's OneDrive servers may experience downtime or issues. You can check the status of Microsoft services, including OneDrive, on the Microsoft Service Status page. If there is a service outage, you may need to wait until it's resolved.
- Reinstall OneDrive: If none of the above steps work, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the OneDrive application. To do this, go to "Settings" > "Apps" > "Apps & features" on your Windows computer, find OneDrive, and click "Uninstall." Then, download and reinstall OneDrive from the official website.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
