I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a persistent Bluetooth issue I have been facing with my HP laptop since the time of purchase. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter through your customer support, the issue still remains unresolved.

Previously, I encountered a similar issue with Wi-Fi connectivity, which was ultimately diagnosed as a hardware fault and required a replacement of the Wi-Fi card. This indicates a pattern of hardware-related problems in the device.

Currently, the Bluetooth functionality continues to malfunction. Your support team keeps insisting that this is a software issue and has advised me to reset the system, which I have done—yet the problem persists. The repetitive and ineffective troubleshooting steps have only wasted my time without offering any real solution.

Given that this is not the first hardware-related issue I’ve experienced, I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality and service. If this issue is not addressed and resolved promptly, I will be left with no choice but to escalate the matter and take appropriate action through consumer rights channels.

I request a thorough diagnosis of the problem and a permanent resolution, which may include a repair or replacement if necessary. Please treat this matter as urgent.

New card (wifi adapter) may NOT have BT. What is the new card now ? Please use Device Manager to find out.
