I installed Windows 8.1, and there are no drivers for the touchpad, the network.

Hi:

 

I suggest you reinstall W10 or W11 because there are no Wi-Fi or touchpad drivers for any other operating system but those.

You can try this W8.1 Wi-Fi driver if your notebook has a RTL8821CE Wi-Fi adapter and hope it works.

 

It's from 2018.

 

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp91501-92000/sp91514.exe 

 

No W8.1 touchpad driver exists that I know of.
