Buonasera a tutti,
ho appena acquistato un HP Pavillon 15 (Laptop PC 15-eh2000) ma durante il lavoro in ufficio (word/excel) improvvisamente il computer si riavvia e la connessione Wi-Fi non è più accessibile (letteralmente sparisce il tasto per riattivarla).

 

Sapete se è problema risolvibile? Ho guardato in windows update e non vi sono aggiornamenti da fare.

 

Ringrazio in anticipo dell'aiuto.
