PCI Encryption/Decryption Controller Driver Missing - HP Stream

I was able to get the following Hardware ID for the device (this is the first one listed):

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_2298&SUBSYS_82BD103C&REV_35

I then googled the ID and cannot find the device driver that I am looking for so I can download the update.
