PCI Encryption/Decryption Controller Driver Missing - HP Stream

HP Recommended
HP Stream
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I was able to get the following Hardware ID for the device (this is the first one listed):

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_2298&SUBSYS_82BD103C&REV_35

I then googled the ID and cannot find the device driver that I am looking for so I can download the update.

Hi:

This driver should work for you...It is good for W10 32 or 64 bit.

This package provides the Intel Trusted Execution Engine Interface (TXE) Driver for the supported notebook models running a supported operating system. The Intel Trusted Execution Engine Interface enables the Secure Boot and provides services required for platform security features such as Intel Platform Trust Technology (Intel PPT).

Here's a partial copy and paste of the 32 bit driver setup information file which shows driver support for the hardware ID you posted...
