WE BOUGHT AN HP 110W LASER JET.  THE PC AND PHONE CANNOT FIND THE PRINTER HELP

Here is the software package that will guide you through the install process

On that page is also a Diagnostic tool to help with problems.  Click on that category and then run it on a Windows PC.
