I can not get my new laptop to work with the switcher I have connected to my setup.  I have my work laptop and personal laptop on a switcher, which is connected to a hub, along with 2 24" monitors.  I've been using this set up for almost 2 years now.  I recently purchased this new HP laptop, and in my setup, it doesn't seem to respond to the switcher.  It works fine, and I can switch to the work laptop without a problem, but when I try to switch back to the HP, my monitors go to sleep. I can get them to 'wake up' by unplugging the power to the hub, then plugging it back in.  Very strange.   I have checked every sleep setting there is, I've spend the past week working with the maker of the hub, I've even reset the laptop to factory settings, thinking it might resolve any driver issues. . .and I am STILL having the problem.  Has anyone experienced this?  Any suggestions?  HP support won't touch it without a fee. . . .

What is the switch and how do you connect to your HP machine, what is it ?  Please use the following way to find out the model/product of your machine

The product name for my laptop is HP Laptop - 14-dk1025wm.  The switcher is a USB 3.0 Sharing Switch for One-Button Swapping of USB Device or Hub Between Two Computers (AB Switch)
