Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I try to connect my Notebook with my iPhone 8, I receive the following message: Pairing Unsuccessful "DESKTOP-GLPU690" is not supported.

Sorry to pass along bad news,  but Win10 has a long history of BT pairing issues, as MS has issued several Windows Updates to fix these -- with limited success.

 

It may be that you need to contact Apple Computer to find out what they suggest with pairing their devices with Win10.
