Pavilion 15-CS2018NT
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Hi. I have just purchased Hp Pavilion 15-CS2018NT laptop. I have two questions.

1- It was installed Windows 10 Home Single Language, everything was ok but wifi connection speed was too low when windows 10 is installed. I have tested wifi speed with different laptops and speed was like it has to be but when I test it with new laptop, speed was about one-twelfth of normal speed. I have installed the most updated drivers but the problem is same and back to old driver again problem is the same.

2- And then, I have installed Windows 8.1 Pro, again everthing was ok but this time wifi connection was completely off. Laptop can see nothing because I can not find Windows 8.1 drivers in Hp website. There is only Windows 10 drivers.

So, what can I do.   Thank you

Hi:

The only suggestion I can offer, would be to see if these W8.1 wifi and Bluetooth drivers work.

Wifi:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp91501-92000/sp91514.exe

BT:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp88501-89000/sp88577.exe

You probably will also need the W8.1 wireless button driver...

just one more extra question. Can you give me link for other related drivers(graphic driver, sound driver, chipset deriver...etc) Thanks

Unfortunately, there are no W8.1 drivers for the graphics or audio.

Intel only developed graphics drivers for W10.

For what it is worth, here is the chipset driver.  Download, unzip and run the setup application.

I did notice on your notebook's support page that it does not have the latest W10 drivers for the Realtek 8821CE wifi adapter.

I suggest you reinstall W10 and use these wifi and Bluetooth drivers and see if they resolve the issues you were having on W10...
