Hello,
I have bought this device less than 6 months ago. This laptop has had two episodes within the last month whereby WIFI connection is dropped. Connectivity returns after ca 30 mins. During this time all other devices connected to the WIFR network are connected fine (4 x phone, 1 x laptop, 1 x PS).
Whilst trying to troubleshoot this issue, I inspected the Device manager>Network adapters. Whilst this laptop was unable to connect I was able to identify 4 adapters (Bluetooth, Express VPN x 2, Realtek). After connectivity returned a further 8 x WAN Miniport adapters were identifiable. May this be linked?
Many thanks in advance, Raych

Hi:
If your notebook has a Realtek Wi-Fi adapter, the only suggestion I can offer would be to install the latest driver that HP has for the Realtek Wi-Fi adapter series. Perhaps that will help.
Restart the PC after installing the driver.
