@Xabaras3991 Welcome to HP Community!

I understand that you are looking for a Wireless card.

I have checked the manual (page number 29)

For use only with computer models equipped with an Intel processor:

Broadcom 4313 802.11b/g/n 1×1 WiFi Adapter 593836-001

Intel Centrino Advanced-N 6230 WLAN module 631956-001

Intel Centrino Wireless-N + WiMAX 6150 WLAN module 633817-001

Intel Centrino Wireless-N 1000 802.11b/g/n 1×2 WLAN module 593530-001

Ralink RT3090BC4 802.11b/g/n 1×1 WiFi and Bluetooth 2.1+EDR Combo adapter (BT3.0+HS ready) 630705-001

The wireless card is not a user-replaceable part. I would suggets you contact our phone support and check for the support option. They will help you.

Or you can contact the local service center to replace the card.

Here is how you can get in touch with phone support.

1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.

We are experiencing longer than expected wait times to reach an agent due to the CoViD-19 impact and there might have been issues in you getting the expected resolution on the issue.

Tnx for the answer, I'm italian and in Italy the supporto isn't good. I can run a USB wifi card and solve the problem. I think that a supporto by ho After the warranty period Is very expensive
